Unlike private sector jobs, each and every vacancy that arises in government is advertised compulsorily, allowing job seekers to apply for the same. Yet, locating those is turning a huge problem as more and more government jobs are now available outside the UPSC or SSC streams. Also, the government officers themselves have to be on toes to clinch a better job and move up in the ladder.
